Taking attendance is a breeze with GradeBookWizard Attendance is presented on a spreadsheet-like grid for each of your classes. You can enter attendance for any student and any date all at once.

You (or your school administrator) can define the attendance codes you wish to use and how absences and tardies are reported on attendance reports. The program keeps track of the number of attendance incidents for each student and grading period, and you can define rules to automatically send notifications to parents when certain thresholds are exceeded.

Click on any column heading (date) to enter notes regarding the attendance incidents for that day. You can optionally choose to make these notes visible to parents - as well as have them automatically sent to parents as an email.

You can allow parents to provide responses to attendance incidents from the class websites that GradeBookWizard automatically creates for you.
