TERMS: Welcome to GradeBookWizard.com. This service ("Service") is brought to you ("User", "Student", "Parent" or "Teacher") by Blue Pegasus LLC. At Blue Pegasus LLC we are serious about protecting your privacy, and this Privacy Statement discloses how we collect, protect, use, and share the personal information gathered through the Service. Please read this Privacy Statement and Terms of Service ("TOS") carefully before using the Service.

Your use of the Service is subject to the TOS (of which this Privacy Statement is a part of) posted on the http://www.GradeBookWizard.com site. The TOS or any part thereof may be revised from time to time without notice to you. COLLECTION AND USE: (1) Student Information – The Service will in no event knowingly and directly ask any student for any personally identifiable information either online or offline, nor will it require any such information for a student to use or access the Service. However, the Service does allow teachers (not students) to input student information as part of using the Service. It is up to the Teacher to register students to give them access to the Service. The Teacher (or the School), and not Blue Pegasus LLC, solely controls, defines and manages the collection, disclosure, communication, management and use of all data, including personal data on the Service.

(2) Teacher Information - Each Teacher using the Service must provide the following contact information to the Service: (a) their full name and email address; and (b) the name of the school district, the school, and the city, state, and zip code of the school. When the Teacher initially purchases membership in the Service, we also ask for the following information: billing address, city, state and phone number of the Teacher, and a credit card number. Once all the required information is entered, the Teacher selects a user account identification and is sent (via email) a password that will enable the Teacher to log onto the Service and to enter or modify student information. The entry of all identifiable student personal data or assessment data is the Teacher's responsibility and Blue Pegasus LLC assumes no responsibility to enter, collect, or review any such data.

Blue Pegasus LLC will have access to personally identifiable data or information of any student, parent and/or teacher only on an "as needed" basis and solely to provide services to the User in connection with the Service. Blue Pegasus LLC will take commercially reasonable steps to keep such information confidential. Blue Pegasus LLC will not share any such personal information with any third party, except when such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the TOS; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Blue Pegasus LLC, its users and the public.

IF YOU ARE A STUDENT OR PARENT, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR TEACHER IMMEDIATELY IF YOU NO LONGER WISH TO USE THIS SITE, IF YOU DO NOT WANT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CHILD COLLECTED OR COMMUNICATED ON THE SERVICE, OR IF YOU BECOME AWARE OF ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OR ACCESS OF THE SERVICE.

SECURITY. The Service is protected to prevent unauthorized break-ins. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet is guaranteed completely secure. Given the inherent operation and structure of the Internet, all transmissions are done at your own risk.

COOKIES. The use of cookies is common in the Internet industry. Cookies are small text files that a website transfers to your computer’s web browser. Cookie technology tells the website non-personally identifiable information, but does identify your computer, browser and Internet specifications. We only use cookies to make the site work. We do NOT store any personal information in cookies and we do NOT use cookies to measure traffic patterns or personalize content. IP ADDRESSES. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider. WEBSITE TRACKING. Blue Pegasus LLC may use third party services to collect anonymous visitor data to the Service. This non-personally identifiable information may be used for the following purposes: (1) to provide anonymous statistical analysis of web page traffic patterns; (2) to administer our site and servers; (3) to allow for auditing of our services by third parties; and (4) to improve our services.

LINKS. Teachers, at their sole discretion, my include links to other websites on the Internet. The information practices of those websites are not covered by this Privacy Statement or any other policies or terms applicable to the Service. You should read the terms and policies of those other websites before supplying information to that site or otherwise using the site.

EMAIL. The Service allows you to contact Blue Pegasus LLC directly via email through the use of the "Contact Us" links on the Service. If a student emails Blue Pegasus LLC directly through the use of a "Contact Us" link, any personal information submitted by such student (including email address) will only be used to respond on a one-time basis to such student and will thereafter be deleted from our records.

OWNERSHIP. The Service is owned and operated by Blue Pegasus LLC and the contents of the Service are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights of Blue Pegasus LLC and/or its licensors.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. The Service will not knowingly ask a child under the age of 13 for any personally identifiable information concerning such child. We are aware of the policies that protect children, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and the rules adopted by the Federal Trade Commission there under.
