This page is for new teacher sign-up. If you are a parent or student, please contact your teacher to find out if GradeBookWizard.com is available to you and to receive your login name and password.

If you are a teacher, please fill in the fields on this page to register for your free 30-day trial period of GradeBookWizard.com.

To complete your registration follow these steps:

• In the Account Information section, enter your name as you would like it to appear within the program. Enter an email address we can send your welcome information to.
• In the School Information section, if you have received a school code, enter it in the School Code field and click on the Verify button to validate it. For more information about what a school code is, please see the section at the bottom of this help page.
  
  If you do not have a school code, please enter your school information in the fields provided. A school code will be generated for you that you can give to other teachers at your school who wish to sign up.
• In the Login Information section, please enter a login name and password for your account. You should keep this information confidential. If you would like to give others access to your account, consider setting them up as Delegates or Room Parents (see Delegate Setup under the Setup tab once you have logged in) instead of giving them your password.
• When you are done, click on the Register button. The program will check the information you entered and report any problems it finds. If you get a message about a duplicate email address that means that someone else has already created an account using the email address you specified. Please enter a different email address to use.
• Once processing is complete, you are shown a registration confirmation page. Click on the Done button to go to the main login page and login using the login name and password you entered previously.

The school code uniquely identifies a school within our database. If you are the first teacher to sign up from your school, you should leave this field blank. A new school code will be generated for you. Since this code is generated by our system, you should not enter a school code from some other program into this field.

If other teachers from your school have already signed up, they can tell you what to enter here so that you can all share grade scales, rubrics, phrase lists, and student information.

To find out what your school code is, ask a teacher who already has registered with GradeBookWizard.com to go to the Account tab once they have logged in. The school code is displayed in the School Code field.

NOTE: You should keep your school code confidential to prevent unauthorized users from signing up as teachers at your school.

Enter any enrollment code you have received in marketing literature or from other advertising in this field in order to qualify for discounted pricing.

NOTE: If you are enrolling as part of a school subscription, you do not need to enter anything in this field. Instead, make sure to enter the correct school code in the School Code field.
